4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and logistics partners.
  • The Spice Square will not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities).
  • At The Spice Square, we ensure that all orders are packed with utmost care and dispatched promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability. Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, unforeseen delays due to logistics or external factors may occur, for which we seek your understanding. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details to avoid any delays or non-delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Cancellations are allowed only before the order has been dispatched.
